campground rules

All campers must check in at the office upon arrival and get a car pass.

All visitors must check in at the office, pay the visitor fee and get a car pass.

Check out is by noon. Check in time is after 2:00 PM. There is a fee for early arrivals and late departures, unless prior approval from management.

Quiet time is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.

April 1st thru November 1st

  Sunday to Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM

  Thursday thru Saturday 9 PM, only if a later arrival time is needed please let us know. If it is after this time there will be a map with your name and site and directions to site in a basket at office door.

Winter Hours:

Office will be open till 5PM, unless needed for later arrivals. Please call ahead if you are going to be later than 6PM

The campground speed limit is five (5) miles per hour.

A maximum of two vehicles are allowed on each site, when possible. If other vehicles, please notify staff so that we can make other arrangements for parking.

Tents are not allowed on RV sites or with a Cabin.

No parking on the grass. Park in the gravel driveway.

Area rugs/mats and/or dog beds are not allowed on the grass.

Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak proof adapter.

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has banned the import of out of state firewood. No out of state firewood is allowed in the campground. We sell firewood or there are local places that sell firewood.

Do not move the fire pits. Do not leave trash in the fire pits. There will be a $10.00 fee charged to the account if fire pit is moved and there is an abundant amount of trash left in it. Trash does not burn after the fire and it leaves a mess for the next camper.

Garbage from campsites must be deposited in the dumpster, please do not leave in garbage cans in bath house or next to utility sink. Do not leave trash in the fire pits(see previous rule).

No grills or hot stoves allowed on the plastic picnic tables. Grills may be used on the wooden tables, as long as they have proper footing and space between table and grill.

Radios/TV’s and other electronic equipment volume must be on low as not to disturb your neighbors.

Loud offensive and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and occupants will be asked to leave premises without refund.

Washing of RVs and/or other vehicles is prohibited.

Dogs must be leashed at all times. All animal waste must be cleaned up in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpster. Dogs are not to be left unattended outside of camper and cabin or inside of tent. Aggressive or continually barking dogs will not be tolerated. If your dog barks at everything at home then it will here as well and that is disturbing to your neighbors and staff.

Animals are not allowed in the bathhouse.

Swimming or wading pools are not allowed.

Playground closed at dark and reopens at 8:00 AM. Play at your ow n risk.

All children must be in their campsites by 9:00 PM

Generator usage at campsites is not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your campsite and must remain in your campsite.

Fireworks, firearms, BB guns, sling shots or other weapons are not allowed in the campground.

ATVs, dirt bikes, and go carts are not allowed in the campground.

Golf carts are allowed. All golf carts are to be driven by a licensed driver over the age of 18 and must obey the speed limit in the campground.

Any damage incurred to any campground building and/or piece of property will be charged to the responsible camper’s credit card.

Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time.

If you are ordering take out and having it delivered, please plan on meeting them at the office.

If you have an emergency while in the park, call 911 and give them your site number.

If you have any after hours utility problems, call the campground management and leave a message. We will get back to you. DO NOT WORK on it yourself.
